The Senior Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for: - The successful planning, development and implementation of campaigns to build regional, national and international reputation and volume for key focus areas by utilizing all channels to reach internal and external stakeholders. - Identifying and managing best in class agencies, and assists the senior director to negotiate contracts and maintains relationships. - Providing strategic advice on all brand marketing efforts and works collaboratively to ensure brand consistency across the hospital. - Ensuring that brand standards are created and up-to-date in addition to overseeing the development of campaign tracking metrics relevant to measuring performance. Manages and mentors junior staff.

- The knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and five to ten years' experience. Advertising agency experience preferred. - Exceptional project management skills and the ability to multi-task.in addition to possessing very strong interpersonal and-management skills with having a successfully managed history. - The ability to mentor and effectively oversee work of staff members. Strong analytical skills to resolve highly complex problems requiring the application of marketing principles, theories and concepts and indepth, experiencedbased crossfunctional knowledge. Must have excellent problem-solving skills. - Excellent creative, planning, communication, and organizational skills in order to meet brand objectives. - Strong interpersonal skills in order to work with internal and external constituents in addition to having excellent written and verbal communication skills which are essential. - No certification, registration or licensure required.
