ECU Project Manager for Engine Controls

- Lead all aspects of the global project including the project team, financial and technical aspects including hardware, software and functional requirements and subsequent testing/validation supporting a successful production launch.
- Responsible to plan, organize, manage, achieve project objectives and targets that include on time, on-spec, on-budget, on-cost and on-profit. Provide risk assessment and risk management when required. Forecast, plan and contract resources. Secure the on-time product part approval and on-time production launch, meeting all targets.
- Prepare and perform status reports and lead review meetings. Identify the need for corrective actions in case of deviations from targets.
- Responsible to lead the project and team following Bosch PM standards. Define tasks and make assignments for the project team.
- Lead customer contact including external and internal customers and suppliers.
- Must possess an Engineering Degree (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Math, Physics etc..) with a minimum of 5 years experience in the Automotive industry.
- Good leadership and English communication skills with experience working in automotive environment as a project manager having overview level engine management functional knowledge.
- Intercultural sensitivity for Asian and Western business world.
