We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Finance leader to empower and foster the growth of Boosted’s FP&A team as we rapidly expand. As a key leader within Boosted’s Finance team you will be responsible for managing critical FP&A activities as well as provide leadership and mentorship to members within the growing Finance team. The FP&A Director position is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to gain exposure to a broad range of finance and business functions in a fun, rapidly growing company.

* Define and promote a strong analytics and data management agenda, leveraging large and diverse datasets to inform and drive operating expenditure decisions and to automate/scale reporting and financial processes * Drive actionable analyses and recommendations for resource optimization, efficiency improvements and investment prioritization * Manage key aspects of the annual, quarterly and monthly planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes * Partner closely with other Finance team members to ensure Boosted’s accounting, compliance and other financial requirements are appropriately supported * Establish oneself as an invaluable business partner by solidifying partnerships and demonstrating an intimate understanding of Boosted’s business objectives

* BA/BS degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience * 9+ years of relevant finance and business experience including specific experience of core finance processes in a consumer facing organization. * Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts * Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - flexible as processes are continuously evolving **Preferred** * Master’s Degree in Economics, Management or Business Administration * Experience and proven ability to be successful planning & managing at both the strategic and operational level * Good business judgment, ability to communicate effectively with business partners and confidence to advocate for “the right thing to do for the business and Boosted” * Superior business partnering skills incl. the ability to build senior level relationships, trust and get things done across functional boundaries * Sense of humor
