* Media and analyst relations * Executive personas and speaking events for our executive team * Management of our PR firm * Our internal spokesperson certification process * Press release calendar, launches and messaging * Content programs including thought leadership initiatives

* 3+ years of experience working in a communications function at a startup or PR firm who supported startups * High energy and love to get stuff done * Tenacious and resilient - you don’t give up * Love to write * Love people (talking to them doesn’t burn you out) * Have the courage to challenge and shape our strategy * Energized by feedback and being challenged * Solid understanding of what makes up a B2B SaaS brand and it’s story * Familiarity working with and influencing industry analysts and the media * Knows what makes for a good and a bad press release * Understanding of the retail industry and e-commerce a major plus * Strong personal social media presence a major plus * Comfortable traveling up to 20% of the time
