Order Management Specialist

Bonobos is a clothing brand focused on delivering great fit, excellent customer experience, and a fun approach to menswear. Launched online in 2007 with its signature line of better-fitting men's pants, Bonobos is now the largest apparel brand ever built on the web in the United States. In 2011 Bonobos extended offline, launching Bonobos Guideshops, e-commerce stores that deliver personalized, one-to-one service to those wanting to experience the brand in person.

Bonobos is looking for an Order Management Specialist to help with the creation, management & maintenance of purchase orders, style creation & sizing. Reporting to our Production team, you will partner cross-functionally with all things order and product related. You will liaise across the merchandising, planning, design, and production businesses to ensure that all steps are taken related to style creation and purchase order maintenance.

* Create, issue and manage all purchase orders (PO’s) across our web, Guideshop locations & wholesale businesses * Oversee and ensure that all calendar deadlines are met as it relates to color, size breaks and UPC * Ensure all PO’s are accurate and in compliance with company by-laws * Reconcile PO’s against the linelist for data accuracy * Manage and guarantee accuracy of all changes made to PO’s * Work with production to distribute weekly Purchase Order Change Notices and ensure they’re completed in a timely manner * Work with our Merchandising team to ensure that styles are created in-line with company deadlines * Communicate with vendors on all matters PO related

* Have a familiarity with excel and have had experience working in retail systems * Have a love for data entry & accuracy, more than anything! * Are a self-starter, solution oriented, and results focused * Have strong communication and interpersonal skills * Have ability to multi-task in deadline driven environment * Have a core competency for independently managing your work-flow calendar * Are excited to work collaboratively with team members to achieve team initiatives * Convey a can-do, positive attitude towards tackling problems and taking on new initiatives as they arise * Have the willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what’s necessary
