Art Director

Bonobos is a clothing brand focused on delivering great fit, excellent customer experience, and a fun approach to menswear. Launched online in 2007 with its signature line of better-fitting men's pants, Bonobos is now the largest apparel brand ever built on the web in the United States. In 2011 Bonobos extended offline, launching Bonobos Guideshops, e-commerce stores that deliver personalized, one-to-one service to those wanting to experience the brand in person.

You'll work closely with a talented team of other Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and Marketers on projects that range from Guideshop support, email and social marketing collateral to on-site marketing assets, ad units and landing pages. Reporting directly to our VP of Creative, you will partner closely and provide the creative support for our catalog business.

You… * Have 8 + years of commercial graphic design experience most recently as an integrated designer working on campaigns across multiple channels * Have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field * Are proficient in Adobe CS/CC, predominantly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and have an understanding of graphic and web design principles and of current web technologies * Are a strong communicator, are able to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical timelines and have a positive attitude * You are a strong conceptual thinker who can work in a collaborative environment with different cross-functional partners * Possess a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to produce creative and effective marketing materials through the combination of typography, photography and layout * Have preproduction concepting and location/studio photo shoot experience We… * Value self-awareness, intellectual honesty, judgment, empathy and positive energy, often over experience * Work hard because we love what we're doing, but also highly value balance * Will back up our talk with a competitive compensation and benefits package, challenging projects, random acts of team-wide fun and awesome co workers * Care deeply about high quality design and creating a high-performing business and see the two as completely intertwined
