Senior Designer for Multimedia

Bluebeam Inc., a fast-paced technology company, seeks a creative and thoughtful Sr. Designer to work with our dedicated and trailblazing BREAKGROUND team to build an innovative multimedia publication. Our newest Sr. Designer will help create commercial-quality design, layout, illustration, typography and content.

• Design creative interactive content for digital publication utilizing Adobe Creative Suite.
• Help to develop a long lasting and award winning expansion of the Bluebeam brand via a new digital publication.
• Work with the team to strategize and develop ways in which original content can be organized and then conveyed to our viewers.
• Provide photography/editing support.

• Highly creative, with a passion for conceptualizing, communicating and evaluating good and effective design
• Outstanding at presenting complex ideas in simple, easy to understand ways
• Flexible and adaptable to a work load and type that changes rapidly
• Ability to work very closely and effectively with the other members of the BREAKGROUND team as well as the whole marketing team
• Expert usage of typography
• Interest in magazine/editorial layout
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Familiarity with commercial quality photo retouching and manipulation techniques
• Experience with editorial photography a HUGE plus
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere a plus
• Illustration skills are a major plus
• BA in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field
