Marketing Representative

**Duties will include but are not limited to:** - Generate new referral opportunities through various outreach efforts - Nurture existing referral relationships through regular phone and face-to-face contact - Present Blue Sky's program and service offerings to fellow treatment providers at their facilities - Arrange and conduct meetings and tours of Blue Sky facilities - Produce content for the organization’s social media websites, manage mailings, e-mail blasts - Attend regional behavioral healthcare networking events - Coordinate closely with our admissions counselors - Track all outreach efforts and compile referral and marketing analytic data

**Skills:** - Professional, personable, able to learn quickly and work independently. - Excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, strong written and oral communication skills, computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office a must **Job Requirements** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field - Previous marketing experience in behavioral healthcare preferred
