A Blue Moon manager should be able to handle running a full dining room while managing delivery drivers, carry-out business and a full bar. We require accountability when ordering and scheduling working within food, alcohol, and labor budgets. Candidates must be self driven, with a high degree of personal responsibility. They should also possess an open mind with a desire to learn and grow. They should bring a high level of creativity to building and retaining customers as well as employees.
