Summary
Performing as a regional representative for the operations center, this position is responsible for coordinating and leading the planning, development, administration and execution of specific projects. This position drives continuous improvement through streamlining existing methodologies to heighten service satisfaction and promote client retention.
Responsibilities
: * Determines the specific business needs and objectives of a project. This includes determining how they relate to the corporate strategic plan and developing strategies to ensure projects contribute to the achievement of these plans. Documents new business process flow charts and descriptions, human resource and information technology needs, performance measurements, implementation and transitional plans of completed efforts. 2. Develops and articulates auditing standards to ensure consistency. Formulates appropriate action plans aimed at creating total quality service delivery to clients. 3. Responsible for project management and administration, including scheduling, resource allocation and implementation. 4. Facilitates cross-functional interfaces and impact on all impacted organizations, which includes cultural concerns and barriers. Facilitates presentations to internal and external audiences on various subject matters critical to successful and innovative service advancement. 5. Responsible for recruiting, training, and educating team members, company personnel and/or consulting personnel to promote innovative thinking and questioning of established practices. Responsible for unifying team members into productive, self-directed work groups. 6. Conducts benchmarking activities including research and summary activities. 7. Assists in developing a communications plan to support the implementation of the project/process.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 5 years of project management experience, or 9 years of project management experience in lieu of a degree. - Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies. - Broad knowledge of operational processes. - Proven ability to deliver presentations to diverse audiences. - Knowledge of benchmarking activities and processes. - Knowledge of process improvement strategies and mechanisms. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Proven ability to foster positive cross-functional relationships. - Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical ability to use data interpretation. - Proven administrative skills including planning, organizing, time management and delegating and the ability to articulate these skills to staff.
