Health Solutions Clinical Innovator

This position is responsible for driving the overall clinical strategic direction and plan for Health Collaboration’s clinical innovation process and clinical product delivery. Together with the Health Solutions leadership, this position will develop, plan and execute the overall clinical strategic framework and create new innovations from concept to product/service delivery. This position will work in conjunction with the Health Solutions Clinical Operational Director to develop and execute all aspects of these programs to include measurement and evaluation.

* Leads the Health Solutions clinical division in the innovation of new clinical concepts, services and programs 2. Evolves and drives ideas and concepts towards decision milestones 4. Provides overall clinical leadership to deliver on stated program goals. 5. Partners both internally and externally to promote the innovation process and solicit support as necessary for program goals and innovation projects 6. Responsible for continued learning and development to become an expert at clinical innovation concepts and approaches and bring in new ideas and tactics which would get incorporated into our practice 8. Accountable for working across BCBS stakeholders to take services and programs from concept to product

- Bachelor's degree, BSN, NP, PA, PT or other licensed clinician, with 8 years’ work experience in direct care delivery, leadership and/or program development within the direct care delivery sector, preferably primary care - Demonstrated experience in creating new innovative, care methodologies or model within the direct care delivery sector - Demonstrated experience creating new clinical solutions, programs, and products (preferably provider and consumer facing) - Strong communication skills with track record of successful senior leadership communication - Strong relationship building and collaboration skills. - Proven ability to work with high degree of independence. **Preferred Qualifications:** - MBA, MHA or MA preferred. - Innovation work in integrated medical/behavioral health services - Working knowledge of health industry dynamics, trends and applied clinical analytics
