The Company, headquartered in Fall River, MA, is the largest producer of clam chowder in New England and the largest manufacturer of Lobster bisque in the country.
Responsible for coordinating and verification of ingredients to ensure accurate processing of Warren manufacturing ingredients; during their designated shift. In event of absence, position will be filled by adequately trained personnel.
- Responsible for inventory accuracy within the department.
- Responsible for prepped recipe ingredient verification.
- Responsible for ensuring each line has appropriate recipes in queue.
- Verify departmental HACCP, GMP, and Allergen guidelines are followed, and ensure integrity of all ingredients throughout the manufacturing process.
- Ensure the accuracy of lot numbers and allocation of materials.

Education and/or Experience:
Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience and training.
