Internal Systems Application Developer

The Internal Systems department develops technology and enterprise-level applications that keep the company running. We build applications and infrastructure that allow our employees to connect and perform their day-to-day jobs. Our applications range from a highly tuned in-house Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to communication and collaboration tools.

The successful candidate will be a motivated, creative and well-rounded application developer with strong communication skills, as we work directly with every part of the organization.

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in object-oriented programming such as C++, C#, or Java
• 3+ years of experience working in UNIX and Windows development environments

Preferred Skills

• Experience with relational database design and queries
• Experience in User Interface Design
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
