Design Director - Digital Video

Professional with 5-10 years of work experience in Motion Design/ Animation. The role will involve designing and creating motion graphics and animations as well as being responsible for the overall design aesthetic of Bloomberg Digital Video. Candidate must be able to think on their feet and execute multiple ideas efficiently and on deadline. This is a creative and hands on role that requires dedication. The Design Director needs a strong, clear visual voice and a passion for design.

* Design and maintain the visual identity of Bloomberg Digital Video * Illustrate and Animate individual video projects * Work with Graphics Team, Editors, Producers to maintain visual identity * Work with Digital video leadership to develop and produce new content series for Bloomberg Digital

* Expert with After Effects * Expert with Photoshop * Expert with Illustrator * Familiarity with Premier and Cinema 4D * News background a plus
