Summary
Bloomberg is looking for a senior developer with experience in Web Mapping to play a leading role in the design and implementation of a Web Mapping and Spatial Analytics product.
Responsibilities
We are looking to combine financial analytics & numerical analysis with Web Mapping to create a unique product.
Ideal Candidate
* 4+ years development experience using C++, Python, Java
* 3+ years development experience using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
* Strong OOD/OOP skills and experience applying modern design patterns
* Solid knowledge of standard data structures and algorithms.
* Experience with Open Source Web Mapping technologies: OpenLayers, Leaflet, CartoCSS
* Excellent Communication skills
