* The new Associate will be expected to help nurture existing relationships with Owners, Tenants, Buyers, and Sellers, as well as develop his/her own roster of clients.

* Experience in one or all of the following areas: Retail Leasing, Investment, and Tenant Representation, Office Leasing, and/or Restaurant transactions. * Active California Real Estate License. * Active network of prospectors and clients. * A self-starter, capable of multi-tasking in what can be a fast paced environment. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Positive attitude and the highest Level of Integrity.
