Summary
As a Content Strategist you will be responsible for developing fresh, on brand content to educate readers about how to create more successful events. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and other departments to ensure that team members have the content they need to communicate clearly with potential customers, and existing ones. You will be tasked with generating truly valuable content assets, and building distribution plans to make sure those assets reach a wide audience.
Responsibilities
**Educate Readers** * Write articles for the Bizzabo blog to educate readers, generate leads and grow our readership. * Create ebooks, press releases, webinars, videos and other content assets. Create and execute content distribution plans using PR, SEO, social media and email campaigns. **Contribute To Our Growth** * Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, HR to deliver fresh and “on-brand” content, like case studies, email campaigns and FAQs. * Set and report on goals - adjust strategy according to observed successes and failures. **Build Relationship** * Build relationships with industry blogs and media outlets to secure content placements. * Work collaboratively with the Content and Product Marketing teams to create innovative pieces of content.
Ideal Candidate
**Bare Necessities** * Exceptional writing and editing skills,with outstanding portfolio of work * 1+ years of content marketing experience * A true “Team Player” with ability to work in a collaborative cross-functional environment * Passion for thinking creatively, while validating ideas with data * Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing business environment * History of successfully leading projects from concept to completion and learning from results * Bachelor's Degree **Advantages** * 1+ years of marketing experience in the SaaS industry * Outstanding video creation and editing skills * Excellent understanding of and passion for Inbound Marketing * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, English or similar fields
