Technical Lead

- We are looking for an individual to lead the development of our flagship product. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in being part of, and leading, a front-end development team in a fast-paced, creative-focused environment. You should have the ability to learn and take action quickly, have a keen eye for detail, be excellent at solving creative challenges, use data-driven decision making, and never be one to settle for anything less than perfection. - In this role, you will be reporting directly to the CEO. - Lead a team of developers (Front-End / UI) as well as contributing as a hands-on front end developer - Act as the primary technical point of contact - Work closely with developers to detect issues and refine development process to meet project needs. - Assess and communicate status, issues, risks, and successes - Ensure products are delivered to specifications on time - Forecast technical resource needs and work closely with the CEO and CTO to fill those needs

- 5+ years of experience as a front-end developer - 2+ years of experience as a technical lead or manager - In-depth knowledge and experience developing client-side interfaces using Javascript, HTML5 and CSS and angular.js. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience working closely with developers and business stakeholders - Excellent organization, time-management, and negotiation skills - Ability to be a leader within the team as well as someone who is able to represent the team within the client organization - BS in CS preferred.
