We’ve hired more than 250 people this year and our targets for next year are loftier. To continue to attract top talent to our organization we’ve created a new role of Talent Brand Strategist. This person’s primary responsibility will be to create and manage Bit9 + Carbon Black’s talent brand and voice. We have an unbelievable culture and exponential growth opportunities for our employees and we need someone to communicate these messages to the world via social media, our website and print. If you have a degree in Marketing or PR and are privy to all things social media related, we want to talk. This is an exciting opportunity to join a pre-IPO organization with limitless career possibilities. We’re looking for someone passionate about his/her craft but still looking to grow. Though this role will focus on Talent Acquisition initiatives, the individual will report into the Marketing Organization.
Responsibilities
* Help craft strong employer brand messaging to attract top tier talent. * Build the personality of Bit9’s talent acquisition voice. * Plan and deliver compelling digital and offline content. * Work in partnership with internal designers, digital gurus, and web marketing teams to manage and develop brand for career websites, print materials and all things social media. * Create, write, edit and publish blog posts. * Conduct research with internal teams and external findings to formulate best practices in talent branding. * Think outside the box to formulate creative ideas to put us one step ahead of our competition. * Set up metrics and measure initiatives, reporting on campaigns (weekly/monthly) for optimization and idea generation
Ideal Candidate
* 2 - 4 years’ experience in brand and/or media strategy/planning/content development * Fluent in Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Youtube analytics * Extremely well written * Social media guru * Strong executional ability, project management skills and experience * Self-starter mentality * Effective organizational skills * Strategic thinking capability * Strong team player with excellent inter-personal skills * Experience with HR branding or Talent Acquisition campaigns helpful * Bachelor’s degree required
