* B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience 2-8 years of experience managing cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS * Minimum of 2 years of experience with technical operations and software development * Experience with SaaS at scale Experience with configuration management tools and cloud management automation, e.g. Cloud Formation, OpsWorks, Cloudstack EndFragment * Solid understanding of containerization services such as Docker or AMI Working knowledge of monitoring such as AWS, Nagios, Logstash, Sensu * Solid understanding/experience of web services, databases and relating infrastructure/architectures * Experience with NoSQL databases a plus, e.g. Cassandra, Solr * Solid understanding of backup/restore best practices in the cloud * Ability to manage using a modern scripting language * Excellent troubleshooting skills * Experience supporting an enterprise-level SaaS environment * Knowledge of AWS APIs a plus * Security Experience a plus
