Summary
We are adding a Specialist to our People & Culture team to manage the backbone of our company: payroll & benefits. We are looking for an innately detail oriented person who is excited about tracking and managing all aspects of our payroll and benefits processes. Additionally, this person will provide outstanding customer service to our employees - answering questions and resolving issues.
Responsibilities
**Manage Payroll:** * Partner with finance team on planning and reporting * Manage all 3rd party vendor relationships related to payroll * Build partnership for ongoing success * Investigate issues/concerns that may arise * Ensure all invoices are processed appropriately and in a timely fashion * Manage onboarding and offboarding of all employees ensuring timely inputs * Manage payroll process from beginning to end: * Gather inputs and documentation * Enter inputs according to payroll schedule * Process payroll according to schedule * Run reports * Update employee files and payroll files **Manage Benefits:** * Manage onboarding and offboarding for all employees on all accounts * Ensure adherence to policies and laws * Manage benefits process from beginning to end * Gather inputs and documentation * Enter inputs into benefits provider systems * Manage all 3rd party vendor relationships related to benefits * Build partnership for ongoing success * Investigate issues/concerns that may arise
Ideal Candidate
* 1-2 years of experience in payroll & benefits * Exceptional attention to detail * Exceptional organization and project management skills * Experience with an HRIS system * Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Docs a plus * Bachelor's Degree

Working Conditions

Availability: This person will work a total of 20-25 hours a week. Ideal schedule will be Monday-Friday 9:30am-1:30pm.
