* Serve as an example and role model in the desire to eliminate waste, ensure safety and improve operational efficiencies * Lead initiatives, kaizen and lean projects to help in root cause and solution * Map processes, identify waste and execute quality improvements * Develop plans to maintain or improve on time delivery to customers

* BS Degree is required, Master’s Degree and/or MBA is preferred * 3+ years in Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing operations, management experience desired * Six Sigma and kaizen project leadership * Experience with management of resources and staff * Ability to quantify results, identify new opportunities, adapt to change, and interface with all levels of staff on a continual basis * Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, time management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
