• Serve as an example and role model in the desire to eliminate waste, ensure safety and improve operational efficiencies
• Lead initiatives, kaizen and lean projects to help in root cause and solution
• Map processes, identify waste and execute quality improvements
• Develop plans to maintain or improve on time delivery to customers

• BS Degree is required, Master’s Degree and/or MBA is preferred
• 3+ years in Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing operations, management experience desired
• Six Sigma and kaizen project leadership
• Experience with management of resources and staff
• Ability to quantify results, identify new opportunities, adapt to change, and interface with all levels of staff on a continual basis
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, time management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
