Production Supervisor- FTW

This position oversees production lines and operations in the bakery under the supervision of the Production Manager to ensure quality of product and delivery to distribution. Supervises production associates. Works closely with all other departments in the bakery, maintenance, sanitation, and shipping.

• Responsible for start-up including calculating orders, checking dough sheet, equipment condition and temperature settings.
• Monitors product quality; makes formula changes as directed and notes changes.
• Supervises personnel, coordinates training, schedules personnel, reviews shift cards and fills in on emergency basis.
• Prepares and reviews various Production reports.
• Coordinates production with maintenance and sanitation departments to minimize downtime.
• Confirms orders places and separates before sending to shipping.
• Assures product is delivered on time according with transport schedule.
• Assures compliance with AIB standards, Company policies and government regulations.
• Implements safety and sanitation guidelines; investigates all accidents and completes required documentation.

• Minimum high school or equivalent, some college preferred.
• AIB courses
• Hands-on production background.
• Good organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
