Revenue Analyst

Billtrust™ is the inventor of payment cycle management. Billtrust’s Quantum Payment Cycle Management solution accelerates cash flow by automating invoice delivery, invoice payment, and cash application. Companies can improve operational efficiency throughout the invoice-to-cash process with electronic invoicing and payments in a flexible, cloud-based solution.

As the Revenue Analyst you will work closely with Client Sales and Finance to identify and delivery on opportunities that maximize financial performance but do not require the need of an additional sale. The primary focus of this role will include revenue-related data analysis and the execution of pricing-related processes that ensure we are maximizing revenue opportunities and sustaining customer satisfaction. You will communicate directly with our clients and Client Sales to explain any changes related to pricing.

• Manage annual quarterly increase process
• Help convert clients from transactional to subscription pricing
• Create pricing for clients migrating to the Billtrust platform
• Regularly monitor and adjust subscription billing and pricing tiers for clients
• Audit client pricing and correct inaccuracies
• Handle rebid and special pricing requests from clients Investigate revenue variances

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or a related field
• 1+ years experience in renewals, billing, and/or revenue assurance
• Attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of both the technical and financial aspects of billing and financial reporting systems
• Basic accounting knowledge of revenue recognition rules
• Ability to break down complex problems into manageable objectives and deliverables
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal & written)
• Must be a solution-oriented problem solver
