Field Marketing Coordinator

Companies can improve operational efficiency throughout the invoice-to-cash process with electronic invoicing and payments in a flexible, cloud-based solution.

As the Field Marketing Coordinator, you will be the right-hand person to the Director of Field Marketing. You will evaluate, research, propose, and manage initiatives to expand the active campaigns of Field Marketing. You’re adept at collaborating with all of the different departments who Field Marketing supports and relies upon.

* Research, evaluate, and propose action on existing and new field marketing initiatives at the direction of the Director of Field Marketing * Create and manage a database of abstracts and presentations for the various communities Field Marketing participates * Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents * Execute and maintain the back-end logistics for Field Marketing initiatives both in-person and virtually * Coordinate Field Marketing activities and initiatives with cross-functional teams * Input and manage Field Marketing data in SalesForce.com * From time to time attend Field Marketing events

* Four-year degree in either Business or Marketing along with two years’ experience in Sales or Marketing * The ability to quickly analyze and present new findings to different functional teams * An understanding of proprietary as well as third party lead and demand generation * Demonstrated knowledge of the sales pipeline and how marketing impacts each stage * The ability to work through new situations and achieving the best possible outcome (we’re blazing new trails!) * Strong analytical skills that allow us to make data driven decisions without succumbing to ‘analysis paralysis’ * Experience creating abstract and presentation submissions for third party evaluation * Ability to ask tough questions and get to the heart of a situation quickly * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while initiating new ones * A sense of humor- we like to have fun while we work
