Data Entry Specialist

Billtrust is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support our credit card processing and merchant service business unit. You will be responsible for supporting the daily processing of credit card transactions received by email, and you will be accountable for retrieving credit card information contained in emails and access via web portals and keying them into Billtrust’s payment platform.

* Retrieve and store credit card information in a secure manner from emails and web portals * Accurately key-enter credit card information into a proprietary portal * Produce daily reports of successful payment transactions * Escalate issues or challenges relative to the process to the Senior Payment Operations Specialist * Complete daily balancing activities as well as research any discrepancies identified

* Fluency with computer and web-based systems * High-energy and strong organizational skills * Ability to analyze documents and data, then make recommendations * Experience in a financial operations or payment operations role a plus * Strong attention to detail and an ability to think critically * Proven ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency in an environment focused on growth
