Summary
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be directly responsible for marketing strategy including the creation of product positioning, validation with consumers, evolution into product messaging and ensuring that marketing activities are consistent with the customer value proposition. You will set product initiatives in collaboration with the development team, driving the creation and implementation of Go-To-Market plans. You will partner with internal cross-functional teams to optimize user acquisition activities as well as managing relationships with external vendors in agency relationships. The Senior Marketing Manager will create and manage player retention programs as well as leading thinking on revenue optimization. A successful candidate will be well versed in the management of consumer services at scale, will provide a creative spark in thinking about both strategy and tactical marketing activities, as well as applying quantitative analysis to measure those activities.
Responsibilities
* Provide leadership as the senior marketing strategist, developing audience insights to ensure your products stand out in a highly competitive market * Create Go-To-Market plans, feature & benefit analysis, as well as unique and defensible customer value propositions * Define messaging strategy ensuring brand integrity across channels and platforms * Utilize quantitative and qualitative data sources in decision-making, including player behavioral data and consumer research * Prioritize marketing efforts to drive user acquisition, retention and re-engagement activities, creating data-driven models to predict and analyze their impact * Manage communication with key stakeholders and present progress updates to senior management
Ideal Candidate
* BA/BS or higher in related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred * 3+ years experience as a Product Marketing Manager required, games experience a plus * Demonstrated success as a brand strategist, defining and launching connected consumer products or services * Experience in player facing message strategy across channels and segments, including social media strategy, customer relationship management and recent rules of effectiveness * Proven experience in analytics, KPI-driven decision-making and performance based marketing * Ability to think both strategically and tactically * Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
