Summary
We’re looking for a talented Associate Recruiter who will support the growing needs across our corporate office in Seattle. This individual will be responsible for supporting Corporate-centric roles like Game QA, Localization, and other non-exempt roles as well as managing our internal candidate hiring processes. If you are a creative thinker with experience in full-cycle, in-house recruitment and a motivated, can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Partner closely with various business groups and hiring managers to clarify job specifications and requirements * Continuously develop creative channels to identify and locate talented passive candidates and the communities they live within * Drive the recruiting process forward with hiring leads in a timely and efficient manner * Identify and organize ways to attract talent and promote the Big Fish brand * Partner with HR counterparts to ensure compensation and organizational alignment for internal and external hiring processes
Ideal Candidate
**This position requires the following skills and experience:** * 1-3 years of demonstrated successful recruiting experience in a high-growth environments; experience recruiting for high volume roles which require a higher level or organization * Experience managing a recruiting cycle from start to finish a must * Ability to maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the interview lifecycle and represent Big Fish in the most professional manner * Experience with Microsoft Office, ATS (Jobvite ideally) and social media channels **You are:** * Passionate about partnering with internal business units to truly understand the business in order to introduce the right talent into the mix * A creative thinker with the ability to create and offer up next generation recruiting solutions * Keen on the right level of process and strive for the best candidate experience possible * Extremely well-organized with the ability to prioritize and adjust to business needs * An excellent communicator – both written and verbal * Curious and always dialed in to the latest and creates recruiting channels, trends and methods in the industry * Looking to be a part of a fun, fast-paced and hardworking team * Able to operate with the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality and tact
