Responsibilities
  • Hustle hard and help those around you hustle harder

  • Set high goals for the sales team and ensure they are met

  • Develop and articulate an aggressive sales strategy with clearly defined success metrics and milestones

  • Develop and run experiments to test out different pitches, frames, and price structures

  • Dive deep into our CRM data to uncover compelling stories that lead to more efficient sales

  • Manage hiring and retention of sales associates--develop exciting comp plans that maximize productivity

  • Collaborate with Customer Success team to make sure we are delighting customers and ensuring upsells

Ideal Candidate
  • Closed deals and forged partnerships, hitting and exceeding sales goals

  • Managed a high flying team, developed a winning culture and coached junior (and maybe senior) staff

  • Crushed data analysis (and loved every minute of it)

  • Helped develop a killer sales strategy

  • Showcased stellar written and verbal communication
