Responsibilities
- Hustle hard and help those around you hustle harder - Set high goals for the sales team and ensure they are met - Develop and articulate an aggressive sales strategy with clearly defined success metrics and milestones - Develop and run experiments to test out different pitches, frames, and price structures - Dive deep into our CRM data to uncover compelling stories that lead to more efficient sales - Manage hiring and retention of sales associates--develop exciting comp plans that maximize productivity - Collaborate with Customer Success team to make sure we are delighting customers and ensuring upsells

- Closed deals and forged partnerships, hitting and exceeding sales goals - Managed a high flying team, developed a winning culture and coached junior (and maybe senior) staff - Crushed data analysis (and loved every minute of it) - Helped develop a killer sales strategy - Showcased stellar written and verbal communication
