Apply Now Our People Operations team is looking for an IT Admin/Analyst for our Atlanta office; someone who is passionate about supporting the technical needs of our constantly growing BetterCloud family. If you're customer service oriented and highly motivated, you may be the right person to provide BetterCloud’s “world class customer experience” to our employees. But this isn't your typical support role - you'll be working with the brilliant minds that build our product and there will be plenty of opportunities to grow and expand your knowledge. BetterCloud operates as a semi-”bring your own device” environment, so you’ll have to be up for some unique challenges, most importantly, protecting the security of the company. We’re looking for someone who will propose creative solutions to problems and always looks to provide proactive rather than reactive support.

* You will be the point person for internal help desk support when your coworkers are having trouble and you’ll troubleshoot issues using our internal ZenDesk * You’ll assist with the management of our primary Google Apps Domain * You’ll be in charge of maintaining an accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources, so it’s important that you’re organized and attentive to detail * You’re the one who gets to provision computers (mainly Mac OS X machines) and equipment for new team members, and you’ll have to continuously keep up with configuring hardware (laptops, printers, scanners, network devices, etc.) to team members’ needs * You’re in charge of teaching new hires about the technology we work with; you need to be friendly and great at explaining things * You need to have a dedication to keeping everything simple, labeled, and clean

* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university * 1-3 years of experience in an IT field * Must be proficient in Windows 7, 8.1 and 10, as well as OS X 10.9+. Linux experience a plus * Basic knowledge of networking concepts including VLANs, Subnetting, Packet Capture, WLAN and troubleshooting * Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment; start-up experience is a plus * Demonstrate strong communication skills, including the ability to create professional messaging
