Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator

Betabrand is an online clothing community, based in San Francisco. We design, manufacture, and release new products nonstop

* Working closely with ecommerce management team to identify and prioritize key marketing channels & projects; * Driving success of the customer referral program; * Assisting with advertising campaigns to acquire new users, including budget tracking and partner performance documents; * Assisting with our customer engagement strategies; * Measuring and reporting on your impact through simple, reliable, and consistent means; * Measuring your project & personal performance impact on revenue/sales, surfacing trends & granular insights to team members (and other department stakeholders).

* An excellent writer and communicator, in both the written and verbal form; * A dot-connector: while many of these projects will be new to you, you are not afraid to dive-in, uncover insights, and connect them to your or other team members’ projects or departments; * A ruthless prioritizer, you understand how to balance one-off requests, with imminent & long-term deadlines; * Not one to make excuses; * A strong interpersonal communicator with an ability to present and promote concepts with departmental heads and team members; * Someone who proactively creates, tackles, and completes projects with minimal direction; * Someone who gets excited over the small wins, and shares those wins with the greater team early and often; * Excited by what Betabrand is up to. * BA/BS with strong GPA or equivalent working experience; * Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and compulsive about quality in everything you do; * Strong quantitative and analytical background; * Creative, strategic and analytical thinking; * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; * Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills.
