ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for planning, development and execution of organization’s marketing communication strategies, internally and externally, to support growth of Bemis brand in North America.
- Be a strong brand steward to the organization and externally to the market.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategy
- Support and lead BNA branding initiatives including strategy execution
- Educate and culturalize our brand voice across the organization
- Develop story-focused presentations for sales and marketing teams
- Create and execute analytic strategies around digital and content marketing
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible to help develop, execute and measure Marketing and Organization Communications strategy, which can include the following:
- Brand Management
- Organization Communication
- Website
- Trade Shows
- Public Relations
- Advertising
- Promotional Materials
- Develop and manage an organizational communication plan that includes support of Brand and High Performance Culture
- Work with product segments to develop market specific promotional strategies, success story development and manage execution
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors and industry best practices to look for ways to continuously improve our strategies, execution and measurement.
- Manage strategic website development and maintenance
- Work effectively with outside creative and production agencies
- Responsibly manage budgets for all activities Create clear expectations and accountability by cascading goals to team
- Support the Bemis North America strategy and mission
- Actively support and live our High Performance Culture

Bachelors Degree with emphasis in marketing communications, content marketing communications, marketing or advertising preferred

Strong content marketing and analytical skills

3-5 years marketing communication experience.

B2B content marketing experience preferred.

Flexible packaging experience a plus
