Technical Information Technology Recruiter

This individual must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills while displaying the highest degree of integrity in implementing the industry's best practices (sourcing, recruiting, candidate assessment). The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, creative, proactive, and understand the urgency and confidentiality of the recruiting function.

• Develop and execute successful sourcing strategies aligned with business talent needs
• Leverage media, sourcing tools and outreach to create sufficient candidate flow
• Identify and participate in recruitment outreach to strengthen the candidate pipeline and build employment brand
• Screen, disposition and select candidates in a timely manner based on an established process
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with HR Generalists and Hiring Managers

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• 3+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience
• Individual must display a passion for the talent acquisition function with a focus on diversity
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing and networking is required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Understanding of employment law
• Ability to source, screen, and interview large volumes of candidates for numerous openings
• Consultative and influencing skills
• Strong agility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic and changing organization
• Excellent understanding of the internet as a sourcing tool

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Information Technology recruiting experience is highly preferred
