• BEAM is an experience design agency in Boston looking to add a talented Design Director to establish and oversee the execution of visual design approaches for MINI, Fidelity Investments, Converse and more.

• Robust experience designing intuitive and beautiful user interfaces.
• A proven ability to deliver a diverse range of user-centric experience design solutions and systems for a diverse range of brands.
• A firm grasp of responsive web design approaches. -Enthusiasm for leading and mentoring junior designers and art directors.
• Experience working side-by-side with technical development teams.
• A healthy appreciation for incorporating user testing and analytics results into design solutions.
• A strong appetite to present and collaborate with clients.
• The desire to participate in refining workflow processes in a never ending pursuit of top quality work delivered as efficiently as possible
