Responsibilities
  • Our client, a financial services firm in Boston, is looking for a Virtual Assistant to join their team! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: account opening, transfer and maintenance for existing financial advisors; monitor paperwork flow and communications between advisors and the home office to ensure there are no delays or inefficiencies; support new advisors transitioning their customer accounts to our firm - provide guidance throughout the entire process, as well as opening and transferring accounts; and assist the executive team and the Operations Manager with projects as needed. The position will take on greater and varying responsibilities after mastering initial duties.
Ideal Candidate
  • The ideal candidate will have: a 4-year college degree; exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs; creativity and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Superior follow-up skills; and strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
