Property Manager

• Our client is currently looking to hire a Property Manager to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for operating the property of 400 residential apartments; maintaining occupancy at established levels; reviewing delinquent accounts and taking required action; ensuring that staff maintains a professional appearance and attitude, and responds to resident requests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.

• The qualified candidate MUST have 2+ years experience managing multi-family rental housing.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a must, and knowledge of Buildium software is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; and must be able to exercise leadership, judgment, and initiative.
