Back then, the patient recruitment and engagement discipline was in its infancy and utilizing marketing and advertising best-practices to reach the right patients for the right studies was in many ways unchartered territory.
Summary
We are looking for a driven media professional with the experience and talent to provide insightful strategic direction on how media can and should be applied to garner measurable and qualified direct response. The ideal candidate would have healthcare marketing experience, a highly collaborative mindset, and experience with and interest in all types of direct-response media, heavily focused on digital strategies with additional experience in broadcast and offline mediums a plus.
Responsibilities
* Serve as a media planning and analysis specialist for both client campaigns and BBK business development efforts. * Develop and present media plans and reports to internal BBK teams and clients. * Convert target audiences into demographic profiles that can be researched and/or purchased through media. * Establish metrics for measuring the success of each media program. * Evaluate media plan performance against objectives and assess overall effectiveness with an understanding of how to leverage the results for future planning efforts. * Maintain working relationships with media vendors, while pushing them to meet timelines and campaign objectives. * Provide qualitative review of media vendors and vendor recommendations. * Contribute to the development and analysis of new media products.
Ideal Candidate
* Eligible candidates will have a proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Microsoft PowerPoint, as well as knowledge of and experience with planning tools including ComScore, SEM Rush, etc. Both critical thinking skills and good communications – both with teams and clients – are a plus, as is a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or liberal arts.
