Responsibilities
The Home Health Clinician II independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the home health care team. Is responsible for professional accountability and development.
Ideal Candidate
**Required Education:**
* Associate degree in Nursing
**Preffered Education:**
* BS in Nursing.
**Required Licensure:**
* Florida RN license, Florida drivers license & CPR
**Required Experience:**
* One year nursing experience.
**Preffered Experience:**
* One year home health experience.
