Global Marketing Manager

Globally manage a major insecticide active ingredient in the BASF portfolio. Develop & execute global asset strategy for profitable growth in South America, North America, Europe and Asia, including analysis of market and competitive environment, IP portfolio, technology benchmarks, 10-year strategic forecast of sales and production capacity, development of new product concepts and optimization of production plant utilization. - Lead Global Intellectual Property Enforcement task force and Marketing/Regulatory task force for the asset. - Manage a complex network of stakeholders such global key accounts, regional business units, external 3rd party, lead external communication strategy, manage reporting needs for senior management. - Contribute to the development and implementation of the Strategic Business Unit Strategy for Insecticides.

- Master of Science degree in business, agronomy, entomology, engineering, biology, chemistry or related area required - MBA required - Minimum of 12 years of experience within the Agricultural, Chemical or Seed industries in a marketing, sales, or management of production assets. - Minimum of 5 years progressive marketing experience with demonstrated competency in strategic and analytical thinking. - High degree of independence and self-motivation. - Ability to work across organizational boundaries with proven ability to influence and impact. Knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish preferred. Ability to effectively communicate across cultures. - 50% travel required
