Summary
Barton Associates is looking for a bright and driven individual and to fill a entry level role within our Finance department as a Data Entry Analyst. This individual will report directly to the Finance Manager. This role is responsible for entering data from various source documents into the computer system for processing and data management purposes.
Responsibilities
* Accurately enter billing data into financial systems
* Review contracts for relevant financial information
* Support the maintenance and completion of projects
* Assist sales organization with financial inquiries
* Communicate with various departments and levels of management to ensure accuracy
* Perform ad-hoc analyses for management and assist with special projects
Ideal Candidate
* 0-2 years of experience
* Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
* Ability to multi-task while providing solid customer service
* Outstanding interpersonal, communication, project management and analytical skills
* Previous finance or accounting experience is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Business (preferred)
