Payroll Administrator

* Process bi-weekly payrolls for 1,000+ employees nationwide, including analyzing and correcting errors * Perform accurate and timely data entry of employee information * Set up and process garnishments, tax levies and wage assignments as appropriate * Maintain monthly payroll schedules and assist in other month, quarter and year end processing, including the research and resolution of outstanding items on payroll schedules * Provide exceptional customer service by answering routine payroll and payroll tax related questions from employees * Verify payroll accuracy and perform system audits * Calculate and produce manual checks * Prepare and upload payroll journal entries * Assist in the completion of ad hoc requests and special projects

**Education** Associates Degree preferred **Experience** * 3+ years of multi-state payroll experience required * Basic knowledge of FLSA, Federal withholding requirements and state and local statutes governing Wage and Hour laws * Working knowledge of ADP Payforce, PeopleSoft, and Workday systems is considered a plus * Advanced knowledge Microsoft Excel and Word **Travel** No travel required **Relocation** We are currently recruiting professionals local to our St. Louis office.
