• Participating in team meetings and training seminars
• Communicating with managers & buyers regarding customer concerns
• Helping customers find and select merchandise
• Develop extensive, fine jewelry product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer
• Handling all facets of sales transactions including the operation of cash registers

• Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Prior retail sales experience in fine jewelry preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
