Responsible for coordinating and implementing of facility-related projects at branches/facilities as assigned. Carries all job-related paperwork through proper channels to ensure compliance with bank procedures and departmental policies.

• Meets with managers and fully understands any facilities-related issues. Maintains dialogue with regional manager and staff as necessary.
• Coordinates with vendors to ensure complete understanding of scope of work, costs involved, and to minimize disruption of branch offices.
• May schedule all deliveries in and out of regional warehouse and ensures the warehouse is maintained in a neat and orderly condition. May maintain company vehicle.
• Does minor maintenance at all branches and off-site ATMs as required on an emergency basis.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Req Education/Certification or Equivalent Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Valid Driver’s License and clear driving record.

Required Experience

• Two years of work experience in facilities-related functions.
• One year of work experience in branch operations and/or general building construction.

Field of Experience

• General knowledge of bank operations.
• Peripheral knowledge of Uniform Building Codes
• Ability to read blueprints

Administrative/Technical Skills

• Good written and verbal communication
• Operate office equipment
• Use of personal computer

Level Supervised

• No supervisory responsibility.

Physical Requirements

• Medium Work: frequent lifting/carrying of objects up to 40 pounds.
