Senior Graphic Designer

- Marketing assets: Conceptual renderings, advertisements, promotional materials, and digital support - Sales support: presentation decks, infographics, sell kits - In-store POP displays & POS components - Package design creation, as well as version controlled updates of all packaging assets

• Strong skills in Adobe CC, with an emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe Acrobat • Strong typography skills an absolute must • Ability to conceptualize and design dynamic POP displays • 3D computer illustration and/or rendering skills a major plus • Ability to create highly polished, on-brand PowerPoint presentations • Ability to convert raw sales and industry data into compelling, visual infographics • Knowledge of printing, pre-press, color separation, PDF output, and digital output • Must be a perfectionist in all aspects of file preparation: resolution, color, image alignment, typography, version control - and yes, even spelling. The ideal candidate will be Bai's "last line of defense" before the deliverables enter the market. Preferred Skills: • Organization - create assets so they can be easily accessed and modified. Experience with digital file management systems and navigating server structures a plus • Communication - ability to present ideas and offer feedback to clients, as well as team members • Email marketing experience a plus • Knowledge of the Wordpress platform a plus Additional Details: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts/Design or equivalent field of study is required • 5+ years experience in graphic design, packaging, POP display field and/or related experience • Must provide portfolio, resume and 3 references • This position requires the designer to be on-site at our HQ in Hamilton, NJ. Must provide own travel. • This position will require occasional travel for press approvals • Salary dependent upon experience
