Production Artist

Bai is looking for a Production Artist with expertise in creating high-quality assets that will be used for product packaging, print ads, sales tools, marketing materials, and digital use. Must possess ability to work alone and in collaboration and the Marketing Department in an open, creative environment. The ideal candidate will have an impeccable eye for detail in creating and proofing print-ready assets, and the organizational skills to build and maintain the company's creative repository. For all deliverables, the candidate must adhere to Bai's branding standards and maintain workflow in accordance with project schedule and milestones. The Production Artist will report to the Director of Branding.

- Packaging creation & maintenance: labels, boxes, trays, POS, and store display components - Will own the creation and maintenance of the creative repository - Marketing materials: Ads, flyers, digital support (website, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn) - Sales support: presentation decks, sell sheets, info graphics - Large-format image retouching if necessary

- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat - Ability to create proper assets for (and assemble) Microsoft PowerPoint presentations - Strong knowledge of printing, prepress, color separation, PDF output, and digital output - Excellent organizational skills to create assets in a manner where they can be accessed and easily modified by others - Preflight and packaging of files - Excellent communication skills and ability to offer input and feedback to clients and team members - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload - Experienced with digital file management systems and navigating server structures a plus **Additional Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Graphics or related experience - 2-3 years experience in a graphics production-related field is preferred - This position requires the designer to be on-site at our headquarters in Hamilton, NJ - Must provide own travel - Must provide portfolio, resume and 3 references
