Summary
Product Managers (PMs) at Axial lead all aspects of the product development process, from research and ideation to working with world-class engineers to launch great experiences and technology for our users. As a PM, you will be a leading member of a multi-disciplinary team of product development, UX design, and data professionals who collaborate closely to build products that are transforming the private capital markets. Product Managers at Axial are customer-centric, data-driven, and critical thinkers that possess a strong understanding of technical application development, the right design sense, and an exceptional ability to interpret and translate user behavior into high-impact products. Our PMs drive all stages of the product development cycle, from concept to launch to iterative improvements.
Responsibilities
* Identify the needs of our customers through user research, stakeholder collaboration, and analysis of data * Develop, prioritize, and own the roadmap of products and features to meet those needs and drive customer acquisition and retention * Define, measure, and hold yourself accountable to the key success metrics for your products * Communicate your ideas to the broader company to generate alignment and achieve success * Collaborate closely with product marketing, customer success, and others to drive adoption and gather customer feedback
Ideal Candidate
* Have a BA/BS degree (computer science or related technical field preferred) * 5+ years of relevant work experience in an outstanding product organization * Have a track record of success in launching products, especially in SaaS or marketplace businesses * Possess a natural curiosity that drives your user research process and hypothesis testing * You are passionate about using data to inform your decisions * You are an exceptional written and verbal communicator
