Responsibilities

Duties include:

  • Utilize Adobe Creative software to create various illustrations, maps and other images for the assembly of pitch books, sales booklets and digital property marketing.
  • Maintain and organize team biographies, track records and marketing templates.
  • Create email blasts and use a proprietary Content Management System (CMS) for the creation and maintenance of property marketing websites.
  • Create and implement all digital marketing activities including curating a recurring newsletter, overseeing various marketing calendars and campaigns, monitoring digital metrics/analytics (open, click-through and participation rates) to ensure performance and generating marketing reports for clients. Continually review results and adjust approach.
  • Manage marketing spend, research cost and oversee publicity for projects with advertisers, reporters, photographers and printers. Maintain relationships with outside vendors and source new vendors as needed. Process billing and invoice submission and oversee transaction paperwork as projects close.
  • Share responsibility for updating and maintaining contact database.
  • Utilize outside databases and research platforms to lookup individual properties, research ownership, analyze real estate market conditions and generate comparable sale reports for brokerage team. Review in-house data sources and collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices to prepare presentations for new business and share expertise.
  • Assist on cross-office initiatives as needed for corporate, subject matter or division marketing.
Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Exceptional problem solving and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and graphics software, such as Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Experience in commercial real estate a plus
