Summary
Performs duties related to organization's cash management and cash flows. Monitors and analyzes daily activity and forecasts for organization. Provides support for special projects relevant to the organization's treasury function. Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment.
Responsibilities
* Performs daily cash management duties including; determination of daily cash position, inputting wire transfers, inter-company transfers, investment of cash balances, and other transactions as required. * Management of inter-company loans and short-term investments portfolio. * Administration and monitoring of bank reporting and transactions into treasury workstation. * Manages securitization cash flows including monitoring receipts, appropriate disbursement of funds, and communication between Trustee, Qualified Intermediary and Accounting. * Supports subsidiaries in Canada, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands on all cash management efforts. * Creates and manages the Global long-term and short-term cash forecast by working with internal business contacts to review variance analysis and improve forecasting methodology. * Supports multiple special projects as requested by management. * Responsible for monthly bank fee account analysis review. * Prepares and distributes Daily Treasury Report detailing daily treasury activity. * Supports SOX compliance including document procedures and flows. * Supports Global Risk Manager including derivatives, f/x trades, interest rate swaps and caps, and commodity hedges. * Supports the Senior Compliance Manager in the creation of domestic, Canadian, Budget Truck, and European compliance reports.
Ideal Candidate
**Required Experience** * Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. * Minimum of 4-5 years experience in Treasury or Treasury-related role. **Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** * Knowledge of Treasury workstations and PC Banking System Reporting. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. * Requires excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, organized, ability to multi-task and prioritize, ability to work independently and in teams, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Travel Requirements** Minimal travel required
