Financial Reporting Manager

Autotask Corporation develops professional services automation software that operates as a Web-based information technology (IT) services management software. Its software is designed to enable the management of professional services, such as managed services, break-fix, consulting engagements, system integration, networking projects, software implementations, service desk contracts, and scheduled maintenance.

The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for researching and identifying accounting considerations and leading technical accounting and reporting responsibilities for the company. Experienced Financial Reporting Managers with a mix of Big 4 public accounting and corporate finance experience would be an excellent fit for this finance role.

* Coordinating all Financial Statement Reporting * Manage the presentation of external financial statements and provide quality support for internal and external financial reporting * Ensure US GAAP requirements are appropriately applied on all accounting transactions * Researching and resolving accounting issues and draft white papers and technical memorandums * Assist in the integration of any new entities due to merger or acquisition * Manage workflows, process, and reporting for the company and its national subsidiaries * Proactively meet deadlines, and follow processes and procedures * Brief Management members on various reports and statuses

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance * CPA designation * 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, experience with a Big 4 public accounting firm preferred * Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles over revenue recognition, consolidations, purchase accounting and financing transactions * Strong management skills, excellent communication skills and a forward-thinking outlook * Experience working with a national firm, Software industry preferred
