Its software is designed to enable the management of professional services, such as managed services, break-fix, consulting engagements, system integration, networking projects, software implementations, service desk contracts, and scheduled maintenance.

We need someone who can assist in the preparation, distribution and reconciliation of invoices while managing a Customer Contract Database other revnue analysis activities.
- Assist in reconciling customer subscriptions and invoices
- Record daily cash receipts
- Provide quantitative billing metrics
- Provide customer service when communicating with our customers
- Maintain required records, reports and files in an organized manner
- Manage the Customer Contract Database and contribute towards streamlining and automating the process
- Perform other related duties and tasks specifically in the areas of revenue and billing analysis/data
Qualifications:
- At least two years prior customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written commuincation skills
- Strong attention to detail; goal-oriented and motivated
- Must be a team player
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Education Requirments:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or related field; or equivilent education/experience
